07 Design the upside offer. Rev-share tiers for everyone. Equity for anchors. Bonuses for top contributors. Never a flat fee — an invoice buys a post, upside buys an army.
08 Sign 5 pilot creators on outcomes. Small, fast, aligned. Contract on results, not deliverables. You're recruiting partners, not vendors.
